Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. Social AdRace retains rights to any pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
Social AdRace's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
